AudioTel integrates Key-Pay® Convene™ with RemitPlus for Lockbox Operations [DALLAS, TX – August 24, 2007] Arizona Lockbox & Fulfillment, a retail lockbox primarily servicing state and local government, tax, and non-profit organizations, has begun production testing for AudioTel’s RemitPlus integrated with Key-Pay Convene by Orbograph Ltd. These tests have allowed this firm’s business process outsourcing (BPO) to expedite data entry by sending document snippets offshore for immediate keying. The RemitPlus solution by AudioTel is one of a kind in offering remote keying with a remittance system. Scott Doores, CEO, AudioTel stated, “RemitPlus is now poised to save companies that process large volume paper transactions in per item fees, staffing requirements and more.” Key-Pay Convene is an embedded BPO solution that automatically transmits (on demand) to a pool of data repair personnel image snippets of individual fields in a form, check amounts or characters that cannot be read by a recognition engine. “Arizona Lockbox is constantly looking for workflow improvements.
