Solution

AudioTel had the right solution for Palmdale Water District. AudioTel’s RemitPlus System coupled with a CR180 scanner brought their payment processing in-house. Because the RemitPlus system is able to handle “check onlys” and “multis” Palmdale has been able to process all of their 4,000 daily items in just a few hours.

Results

Since bringing their processing in house, Palmdale has decreased termination notices since they have total control and has experienced immediate float. Not only has RemitPlus made it possible for Palmdale to process all of their own payments, they can process them in less time than the third party lockbox was taking to process just the “easy” ones. Palmdale Water District estimates that the RemitPlus system paid for itself it less than six months.
